Farm-fresh produce continues to be a hot commodity in densely populated cities, but thanks to Gotham Greens, an urban agriculture company, NYC, Chicago, and others are able to access fresh, sustainable greens all year round. To pump up their already robust arsenal of salad greens, fresh herbs, dips and sauces, Gotham Greens has just launched two new plant-based, dairy-free salad dressings, Vegan Ranch and Vegan Caesar. Along with the goal of providing a healthier alternative to two of America’s most popular dressings, these products support Gotham Greens' continued commitment to a greener food system and a more positive environmental impact.
To help promote the new dressings, Gotham Greens partnered with three renowned NYC-area pizzerias, Pizza Loves Emily, Paulie Gee’s, and Razza, to spread the word and raise money for a cause. Twenty percent of the proceeds of each special pizza sold featuring Gotham Greens’ Vegan Ranch or Vegan Caesar will be donated to Slice Out Hunger, a NYC-based non-profit whose pizza-related events work towards combating hunger relief in NYC.
