At 12.30 pm CET/6.30 pm EST: Lorenzo Cogo, chef of the Michelin-starred El Coq in Vicenza, interprets a traditional version of the timeless pasta. He’ll also demonstrate an alternative riff on the classic at 7:00 pm CET for @Barillaitalia.
At 11.30 am CDT/12.30 pm EST: Milan-based chef Lorenzo Boni cooks his own version while revealing his secrets for a perfect plate of carbonara.
