List of Ingredients
- 9 1/2 OZ. of Apulian or country style bread
- 5 OZ. of 'nduja
- 4 OZ. of smoked provola

Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Dice the smoked provola cheese.

Cut 2 large slices of bread, divide them in half and toast them lightly in the oven for around 5 minutes until crispy.

Remove bread from the oven, without turning it off, spread the 'nduja on it and top with diced provola. Put the bruschetta back in the oven for 3-4 minutes, until the provola begins to melt.
