Look no further for your go-to summer cocktail. The Consorzio dell’Asti Spumante e del Moscato d’Asti DOCG is collaborating with Giorgio Facchinetti, flair bartender and bar specialist, to create fun new ways to incorporate the aromatic bubbles from Piedmont into cocktails.
In his capacity as Ambassador, Giorgio Facchinetti has created three new cocktails to showcase the versatility and natural qualities of Asti Spumante and Moscato d’Asti DOCG. Now, the world’s best-loved aromatic bubbles from Piedmont are ready for their new role as ingredients in innovative and sophisticated cocktails, or as an original twist to great mixology classics.

Facchinetti says that presenting fellow bartending professionals and the public at large with the most unexpected nuances of Asti Spumante and Moscato d’Asti DOCG, while bringing out the great quality of a historic Italian sparkling-wine and wine from Piedmontese hills that are listed as a Unesco World Heritage site, was a challenge that he accepted enthusiastically. “I am floored to be offered this assignment that combines creativity and communication. Contributing to expanding the awareness of this product is not just a challenge, but a genuine mission.”
