The first step is to cut the tomatoes into four parts and cook them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) with four carrots and half a red onion. In the meantime, boil a liter and a half of vegetable stock. When the cooking in the oven is complete, blend all ingredients well for a thick and hearty soup. For an extra touch of flavor, serve this tomato and carrot soup with a spoonful of fresh cheese in the center. The contrast between the ingredients will be delicious.
