Making homemade bread is an experience to try, kneading it, watching it rise and take shape is always a real thrill. Our food stylist Beatrice Prada gave us a much-appreciated gift by giving us the recipe for fresh homemade bread and these impressive pictures.

2 cups flour 1, 2 ½ glasses water, ½ oz salt, ¼ oz dry yeast
How to make homemade bread
Dissolve the yeast in water in the planetary mixer bowl, add the flour, and finally, the salt then knead until the dough no longer sticks to the hook. Turn the dough over onto a work surface and knead for a few more minutes. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and make book folds three times, then create a ball, place it in a lightly floured bowl, cover with film, and put in the refrigerator for about 18/24 hours. Remove from the fridge, bring the dough to room temperature and knead it again for a few minutes. Give it the desired shape and let it rise for another three hours. Bake at 464°F for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 356°F and finish baking for another 35/40 minutes.
